AUTO CHARGE PAYMENT POLICY:

The Music Suite uses an auto-charge system for all private and semi-private lessons. All private and semi-private lesson times continue without change unless you notify us. The Visa/Mastercard given with registration is automatically debited in advance of the start of each new session. Payment for full session is required. Credit card on file may also be charged for incidental fees such as book payments, recital fees.

Summer 2012-Spring 2013 Dates:
SUMMER 2012: 5/29/12 - 8/18/12, no lessons 7/3 – 7/8 (The studio is closed 8/19-8/26)
FALL 2012: 8/27/12 – 11/19/12, no lessons 9/3 (The studio is closed 11/20 - 11/24)
WINTER 2013: 11/26/12 – 3/2/13, no lessons 12/22/12-1/5/13
SPRING 2013: 3/4/13 – 6/3/13, no lessons 3/25 - 3/30 and 5/27

Fee schedule:
Weekly private lessons (30 min) = $29/lesson
Weekly private lessons (45 min) = $43.50/lesson

Weekly semi-private lessons (30 min): $37/lesson/siblings (*15% sibling discount applied).
Weekly semi-private lessons (30 min): $20/lesson/person (non-siblings)

At home lessons are available. An $8 travel fee per trip will be added for at home lessons.

Withdrawing

If you wish to discontinue lessons you must notify us, in writing, no later than 3 weeks prior to the end of each session. Notice of withdrawal is due by May 5, 2012, August 4, 2012, November 3, 2012 or February 9, 2013. Credit cards begin being debited on the next business day for the new session. Once your card has been debited for the new session, no refunds will be given.
